The Oplyx Fellowship is a paid, 8-week program for students, recent graduates, and career switchers who are ready to work on live client projects — not a sandboxed clone of one. You'll write code and design interfaces that ship, under the direct guidance of the engineers and designers who ship them every day.
Whether you're focused on frontend engineering, product design, or applied AI, the fellowship is built to close the gap between what you've studied and what a studio actually needs from you on day one.
You've shipped something — a side project, coursework, a freelance gig — even if it's small and unpolished.
You want work you can point to in an interview, not another certificate to list with no project behind it.
You can take direct feedback on your code or designs and turn it into a better second draft, fast.
You can commit 15–20 hours a week for the full 8 weeks — this isn't a program you can coast through.
You can work independently between check-ins and ask for help before a blocker becomes a missed deadline.
You look things up, read the docs, and try the thing before asking whether it's possible.
Work alongside the Oplyx team on active client engagements, not a simulated brief.

You're paired with a mentor who guides your progress through weekly check-ins, code or design reviews, and honest career advice. At Oplyx, mentorship means someone is invested in where you end up — not just what you finish this sprint.
